Laura & Addison visit

Laura (my best friend from high school) had her first daughter Addison just 5 weeks before Carson was born. They came to visit on what happened to be unfortunately one of the very hottest weekends we have experienced since living in Atlanta. We mostly stayed inside and watched the babies interact but did get to enjoy two great lunches, a hike in our nearby trails and a little pool time.

It was so great watching the babies interact and they were very interested in each other. It's amazing what a difference just five weeks makes at this young age. Addison loves being on her tummy and is much more interactive than Carson. I've been loving how Carson has gotten so much more fun, but seeing a baby a month onlder reminds me that it just gets better and better!

With lots of time hanging out on his tummy, Carson turned over for the first time (at 14 1/2 weeks). Collin turned over super early (5 weeks) but then didn't repeat it for a while after he got bigger. While Carson doesn't love to be on his tummy he has turned over a few more times.
